We are currently looking for candidates to fill in around 3 vacancies. Full-time employee (contract). Internship seeker are welcomed as well.


Job Title: Service Desk Analyst


Location: Petaling Jaya


Job description:
1. To sign on to telephone system at RESPECTIVE time schedule daily to handle enquires from customers who called Customer/ Engineer Lines.
2. To attend to all incoming calls within 15 seconds and maintained a monthly service level at 90%.
3. To log in all incoming calls accurately into the Service Alliance system on the same day of receipt of the inquiries.
4. To provide first level support to clients quires or problem over the telephone.
5. Switches Helpdesk Order to Service Order if resolution over the phone is not possible.
6. To open all incoming email request accurately into the Service Alliance system and respond to client within 15mins from time email receipt.
7. To check on any duplicate of orders.
8. To update Customers accordingly on SA Confirmed ETA and update the Service Alliance accordingly.
9. Service desk who is working as Shifter has to ensure all calls received during the NON Standard working hours are open accurately and assigned accordingly.
10. Service desk who is working as Shifter is responsible to ensure these calls are follow up until Call Resolution or deferred on their working hours.
11. Conveys customer feedback or business opportunity to Call Centre Manager.
12. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.
