Job Title: Resident Engineer

Location: Pasir Gudang

Job description:
1. Accept assignment; attend to assignment promptly as per schedules or ETA.
2. Provide accurate and timely inputs to update Call center on whereabouts and status of work.
3. Analyze and solve hardware and software problems and ensure correct parts are brought along to effect repair and achieve no of trip per calls target.
4. Handled customer tactfully, courteously and update customer on the action done or next cause of action if problem is not resolved on-time.
5. Follow through the calls assigned till completion and work with manager on the action plan before call reaching the Resolution Service level.
6. Constantly upgrade of technical knowledge to meet Company standard and improve productivity by attending training or self-learning.
7. Provide accurate mileage and traveling expenses to Call center.
8. Perform all clerical tasks associated with his duties as required by management accurately, completely and ensure submission is timely (e.g. FSR, claims)
9. Ensure timely return to Logistic of all spare parts and support equipment both good and bad after use and maintain own warehouse regularly.
10. To ensure proper packing of equipment or parts as per Logistics Packing guideline. (for service center staffs)
11. Ensure that documentation, software media and assigned tools kit are properly maintained and constantly updated for checking.
12. Accept and perform out-station assignment, shift duties as and when instructed.
13. Provide input to Sales team on any business potential/opportunities from the customer’s base.
14. Abide strictly all company’s policies and procedures.
15. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time
