- Provide remote technical support to employees via phone, email, chat, and remote access tools.

- Handled customer tactfully, courteously and update customer on the action done or next course of action if problem is not resolved on-time.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

- Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

- Install, update, and manage software applications and operating systems.

- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of the institution’s IT infrastructure.

- Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.

- Provide guidance and training to employees on best practices for using technology tools.

- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide informed support.
