PROJECT ENGINEER – URGENTLY NEEDED

Job Description:

• Works deals assigned to the sales team supported
• Prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales person
• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the organization
• Secures input from all necessary solution: adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support
• Coordinates closely with sales and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
• Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close”
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported
• Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
• Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered
• Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.

Requirement:

• Degree/diploma or equivalent preferably in it/telecommunication/science computer/network or equivalent
• Knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting system if any
• Knowledge and experience in Avaya are an advantage
• Self-motivated achievers with initiative, an enthusiasm to learn
• Can work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face)
• Willing to work overtime
• Own transportation – car/motorcycle

SYSTEM ENGINEER – URGENTLY NEED

Job Description:

• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining system, application software and hardware
• System management tools. Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Overseeing the development and installation of new software application, networking and computing infrastructures.
• Selecting the best possible solutions using knowledge of a wide range of available technologies.
• Monitoring systems in the existing network to ensure there are no productivity set-backs.
• Implementing best practices for system security and data backups.
• Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise.

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent preferably in IT/Telecommunication/Science Computer/Network or equivalent
• Proven track record of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting system if any
• Experience creating scripts
• Knowledge and experience in Avaya are an advantage
• Self-motivated achievers with initiative, an enthusiasm to learn
• Can work independently and in a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face)
