Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs.

Responsibilities:

- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance user experience and drive user engagement.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet technical and business requirements.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and demonstrating strong design skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience designing for accessibility and responsive design principles.

- Willing to work in Cyberjaya
