Job Description:

1. Developing and maintaining web applications using Laravel framework.
2. Collaborating with senior developers to design, implement, and test features.
3. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
4. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
5. Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure smooth application performance.
6. Integrating third-party services and APIs into web applications.
7. Assisting in the development of database schemas and queries using MySQL or other relational databases.
8. Staying updated with the latest Laravel updates, trends, and best practices in web development.
9. Contributing to the improvement of development processes and workflows.
10. Learning new technologies and frameworks to enhance skillset and contribute effectively to projects.

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field. (Though not always a strict requirement, it can be advantageous.)
2. 1-2 years experience in related fields.
3. Proficiency in PHP programming language.
4. Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL (Structured Query Language), with experience in MySQL being preferred.
6. Working knowledge of the Laravel framework and its ecosystem, including understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture.
7. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
8. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
11. Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
12. Previous experience with other web development frameworks or CMS (Content Management Systems) can be a plus.
13. Projects or portfolios demonstrating hands-on experience with Laravel and web development projects are highly valued.
