Requirements
Application Technical Support on Java and OracleDatabase.
Platform Knowledge on windows, UNIX/Linux(Solaris) & WebSphere web deployments.
Strong application knowledge Unit Trustorigination and workflow systems.
Hands-on experience on Windows and Unixscripting, MS-DOS working experience and support.
Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be aplus.
24 x 7 on call support.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in thesame capacity.
Pleasant personality with good communication andinterpersonal skills.
Proactive and team player.
Willing to work at Cyberjaya/ KL
Able to work with cross border colleagues.
Familiar with tools/practises such as Jira,Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology
Roles/Responsibilities
To provide system support and manage enhancementfor Unit Trust application.
Systems specializing in the Unit Trust Domain.
Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support.
To perform problem investigation – problemidentification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.
To work closely with users to understand theirneeds & issues.
To manage system risks and conjure improvementsto mitigate and manage risks
Liaise with vendor on the Scope of Work,enhancements progress and fix implementations.
