Position : Executive, IT Business Application
Division : Information Technology Division
We�re currently looking for an IT Executive who will be responsible for providing full commitment and able on handling for project management task as well as assisting with a various of support relating towards the company systems. While these are our ideal lists, we�ll consider candidates that do meet our requirements to join our team.
Responsibilities:
� Communicate with stakeholders and work on developing strategic goals and plan towards achievement project objectives.
� Manage organization�s fiscal, project engagement within project team and control for the business operations, capital budget and expenses.
� Overseer a project planning, execution (Blueprint, Workshop, FSD, SIT, UAT, Go Live) on projects organizing by using work breakdown structure (WBS).
� Track closely on project progress, documentations through project SDLC methodology.
� Coordinate with consultants to ensure satisfaction and expectations.
� Prepare a material presentation to present to upper management.
� Ability to analyst & understand business requirement.
� Possess self-initiative and willing to work long hours when necessary.
� Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
� Possess by own transport and willing to travel when required.
� Good on presentation for project management skill is a plus point.
� Self-motivated, dedicated, problem-solving attitude &ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Qualifications:
� At least 1 year of working experience &knowledge in project management
o (preferable knowledge in automotive industry)
� Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field.
� Minimum CGPA at least 3.00.
� A valid driver's license especially D class and having own transport.
� Good skill in MS Office (e.g.: PowerPoint, Excel,etc.) is a must requirement.
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluently in Malay& English).
